I’m Oliva Manzorro, a Transformational Coach, Personal Image Consultant and founder of The Image Lab.

I’m passionate about helping women find their style and connect with their authentic selves - our true essence.

Every woman’s story has moments of change. We move countries, we switch careers, we start families, we end relationships. Sometimes, our style no longer works for this new season of life, or it doesn’t communicate who we’ve become. We outgrow our clothes, our lives, our old limiting beliefs. 

I work with women who are ready to embrace evolution. Who are moving on from societal expectations and messages about how we should look, live and express ourselves. Who want to reconnect with what makes them feel truly alive. Who want to create a personal style and image that expresses their vitality.

Working with me transcends the conventional realm of image consultation or styling services—it's more than putting together a beautiful outfit. 

My work is a holistic approach that combines personal style with self-discovery coaching to help you spark a more profound, enduring transformation… from the inside out.

My story

I grew up in the vibrant, colourful landscapes of Andalusia, which has always inspired and influenced my creativity. From an early age, I cultivated a love of style and self-expression, from playing “makeup artist” with my Mum to putting together my outfits with intuitive style and flair. 

I later earned a degree in Advertising and PR and had a prosperous career in marketing, where I worked in diverse environments and cultures, from big corporations to non-profits. My journey took me from Seville to Dublin, Munich to Johannesburg. I now live in Bielefeld, Germany, where I navigate motherhood with my identical twin boys. 

I am all too familiar with the expat lifestyle. My experience of living, working and parenting in such different cultures has often made me question my identity. I noticed that I’d change how I dressed in different environments and this impacted my moods, my interactions with others, and the energy I put into the world. My style has evolved and adapted, just as I have.

Motivated by my journey and a genuine desire to help others unlock their potential, I've evolved into the role of transformational coach and image consultant. As a Manifesting Generator in Human Design, I love experimenting and embracing change. I have a knack for turning a bold vision into reality and seeing the beauty and potential in others. 

When it comes to style, I have an intuitive knowledge of what works and what doesn’t. So when you work with me, I’ll meet you with compassion, wisdom, and a deep belief in the transformative power that lies within you.
